The process after submitting a complaint or inquiry:
  1. You’ll receive an SMS message with the number to your registered phone number, including your ticket number and the expected time for processing it.
  2. We’ll ensure that the concerned department works to address your complaint or inquiry and respond within the specified period.
  3. In case we require additional documents, you'll be notified through the app, and you can attach them to your ticket.
  4. We’ll contact you and inform you of the result to your ticket. We’ll be at your service step by step until the issue ends and you enjoy all our services easily and safely.
