The Saudi Digital Payment Company “stc pay” received the Global Banking & Finance Awards as the Best Digital Wallet in the MENA 2020. The reason behind winning such award is because stc pay is not a digital wallet that focuses merely on financial services; such as transferring money through a mobile number, local transfer of any bank within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,  international transfer to more than 525,000 agents of Western Union, or e-payments at merchant stores. The receiver can seamlessly accept or reject the request. If the receivers are non-stc pay users, an SMS will be sent to their numbers to invite them to download the app in order to accept or reject the request.
