stc pay has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Genesys. The MoU was signed during stc pay’s participation in Leap 2024 as a digital banking sponsor, in the presence of Mohammed Alfraih, Chief Operations Officer of stc pay, and Ahmed Sidawi, Country Manager of Genesys.

The MoU aims to provide innovative solutions and products to enhance the customer experience.
