It will be canceled, and you’ll get a new account number and IBAN for your STC Bank account.
Can I transfer the domestic workers’ salaries which will be received on the same day?
Yes, via Musaned service.
Will STC Bank cards have different tiers based on the yearly average balance?

I have stc pay card that will expire after two years. Can I use it after I upgrade my account to STC Bank?
You can enjoy using the card until the expiry date, then renew it easily from STC Bank app.
What’s the permissible age to open an account in STC Bank?
You must be +18 years old.
What is the usual time for adding money through IBAN?
Adding money with the IBAN could take time as below:
- If it is IPS (20,000 or below) it will be received immediately.
- If it is RTGS (above 20,000) it will be received within business working time (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
What is the transaction limit for purchases using Visa cards?
- Customers can set daily limits for POS or E-commerce or both.
- For VISA cards the default daily limit will be 25k (global limit).
- For VISA daily limit, the customer can set a limit of up to 75k using the OTP verification.
- Customers can set a default monthly limit for 200k.
