Can I withdraw cash through QR ?
The service is not available.
But you can withdraw cash through stc pay's mada or Visa card as there is a withdrawal fee for each transaction:
- Visa withdrawal fees (international and local bank ATMs): Withdrawal fee 25+ VAT 3.75 SAR.
- Visa withdrawal fees (GCC ATMs): SAR 11.5
- Withdrawal fees through mada (local ATMs): No fees
- Draw-through fee (INTERNATIONAL ATMs): Withdrawal fee 25+ VAT 3.75 SAR.
Can I use the App when I am travelling overseas?
Yes, you can while using a Saudi operator.
Can I use the App when I am on a VPN?
You can't use the app with a VPN
Can I get the card fee back after it's issued?
Card issuance fees aren't refundable.
How do I close my stc pay account?

Yes, your previous information and money will be saved in the account.

After the expiry of the specified period before sending the gift.
Can I delete a local beneficiary?
Local beneficiary can't be deleted.

What services on Android or iOS need to be allowed to use the App?
